1.Q: Do we sell seeds?
A. No. We specialize in providing seedlings from real trees. Because of our experience with the World
of seeds, we cannot guarantee the fertility of any seeds. However, we do guarantee our mature bonsai
trees & seedlings will arrive at your front door in healthy condition.
2.Q: Do we ship outside the US?
A. Not normally. However, we are not familiar with any rules about mailing seedlings other than the info
given to us by the USDA & the state of Fl. And even this has been scetchy. We will deal with this on a
case by case basis.
Can we visit your place personally?
A. Yes. You are more than welcome. Please call for appointment. We will accommodate 7 days a week.

Q? How long does it take to receive your product.
A. We normally use priority mail & ship within 3 days of your order. The item should reach the
designated address within 3 days. We do not automatically send you a shipping Number, etc. If you
have a problem with receiving your order, we will provide you with a shipping #, just to prove it was
shipped. But we will take care of it from this end, except any orders outside the US.
